Fit Me SV LLC Studio Policies

GENERAL CLASS POLICIES

The following policies apply to all classes at Fit Me SV, including Mat Pilates and Lagree, unless otherwise noted. These guidelines are designed to ensure fairness, consistency, and safety for all clients.

GROUP CLASSES (MAT PILATES & GENERAL STUDIO CLASSES)

Class Cancellation Policy

Fit Me SV enforces a 12-hour cancellation policy for all group classes.

Cancellation Terms

  • Cancel Before 12 Hours:

    • Memberships: No charge.

    • Class Packs: No charge; class credit refunded.

    • Drop-Ins: No charge; credit returned to the original form of payment.

  • Cancel After 12 Hours:

    • Memberships: $15 penalty.

    • Class Packs: Credit deducted.

    • Drop-Ins: Credit forfeited.

Class No-Show Policy

  • Memberships: $30 penalty.

  • Class Packs: Credit deducted.

  • Drop-Ins: Credit forfeited.

Guest Policy

  • Memberships: 1–3 free guest passes per month depending on plan. Members are responsible for their guests, including late cancel or no-show fees.

  • Class Packs: No free guest passes; guests may use a drop-in or class from the client’s pack (requires 24-hour email notice to info@fitmesv.com).

  • Drop-Ins: Guests who late cancel or no-show forfeit the drop-in fee.

Refund Policy

Refunds for cancellations or no-shows are returned to the original form of payment.

Class Waitlist Policy

Clients may add themselves to the waitlist for any fully booked group class. By joining the waitlist, clients agree to the following terms and responsibilities:

Commitment to Attend:
When a client adds themselves to the waitlist, they are committing to attend class if they are added. A class credit from a membership, a class pack, or a drop-in purchase will be held as if the client were already enrolled in the class.

Client Responsibility to Remove Themselves:
If a client no longer wishes to attend class or makes other plans, it is their responsibility to remove themselves from the waitlist. Failing to remove themselves means they may still be automatically added to the class and subject to all late cancel or no-show policies.

Auto-Enrollment From the Waitlist:
When a spot opens up in a group class, the client in the #1 spot on the waitlist will be automatically added to the class. As openings occur, clients are automatically added to class in numerical order from the waitlist. Auto-enrollment can occur up to 15 minutes before the class start time, and clients are expected to monitor their schedule accordingly.

Waitlist Cancellation Policy
The Studio’s 12-hour cancellation policy applies to waitlisted clients in the same way as it applies to clients already enrolled in class.

If the client removes themselves from the waitlist or cancels their class more than 12 hours before class start time, their class credit or drop-in is returned.

If the client cancels within 12 hours of class start time, a late cancellation fee applies according to their membership, class pack, or drop-in status as outlined in the Studio Policies.

If a Client Is Added From the Waitlist and Cannot Attend:
If a client is moved from the waitlist into class and can no longer attend, they must cancel their reservation.

  • If they late cancel, they will be charged the applicable late cancel fee.

  • If they fail to cancel and do not attend (no-show), the no-show policy and fees apply.

Credits and Charges:

  • Memberships: Late cancel and no-show penalties are charged according to the membership terms.

  • Class Packs: The corresponding class credit will be deducted for late cancels or no-shows.

  • Drop-Ins: The drop-in fee will be forfeited for late cancels or no-shows.

Final Timing Rule
The waitlist closes 15 minutes before class starts. After that point, no one else from the waitlist will be automatically added to the class roster.

ENROLLMENTS (WORKSHOPS, SERIES, OR SPECIAL CLASSES)

Members and non-members must cancel at least 12 hours before class start time. Otherwise, the penalty is the drop-in charge ($30 for Non-Members, $25 for Members).

APPOINTMENTS (PRIVATE & DUO SESSIONS)

Limited Plans include Appointment Series defined as:

  • Series of 5 Private Sessions

  • Series of 10 Private Sessions

  • Series of 5 Duo Private Sessions

  • Series of 10 Duo Private Sessions

Appointment Cancellation Policy

Private and Duo Private Sessions are available for both Mat Pilates & Lagree. Drop-In or Limited Plan clients (Private/Duo Series) must cancel via the Fit Me SV app/web browser or via email at info@fitmesv.com, at least 24 hours in advance or pay a $75 penalty, and the session or credit will be returned to the original form of payment.

Appointment No-Show Policy

Drop-In or Limited Plan clients who no-show will pay a $75 penalty, and the session or credit will be returned to the original form of payment.

Appointment Refund Policy

Late Cancellations: When a client cancels an appointment via the Fit Me SV app/web browser or via email at info@fitmesv.com, all refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.

No-Shows: When a client no-shows for an appointment via the Fit Me SV app/web browser or via email at info@fitmesv.com, all refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.

CARD ON FILE POLICY

All clients must have a valid credit or debit card saved on file to book or attend classes at Fit Me SV. By creating an account or booking services, clients agree to store a valid payment method for purchases, subscriptions, and any applicable fees.

All payment information is processed and stored securely through our booking software. You may update or change your card information at any time within your account settings. Failure to maintain a valid card on file may result in suspension of booking privileges or inability to book or access services.

LAGREE STUDIO POLICIES (LAGREE MEGAPRO CLASSES)

Definition: “MegaPro” refers to the advanced Lagree Fitness machine used at Fit Me SV. It features a moving carriage and resistance system requiring proper instruction and supervision.

Class Requirements

  • Grip Socks Required: For safety and hygiene, grip socks are required for all Lagree classes. If you do not own a pair, they are available for purchase at the studio.

  • Class Capacity: Lagree classes are capped at 8 MegaPro machines.

  • Fundamentals Required: All new clients must complete Lagree MegaPro Fundamentals before enrolling in Lagree MegaPro Full-Body classes, ranked as Intermediate/Advanced.

Safety & Conduct

  • Instructor Supervision Required: Clients may not use, move, or play on MegaPro machines without an instructor present.

  • Client Responsibility: Lagree is a low-impact, high-intensity workout that requires balance, core stability, and full-body strength.

  • Medical Clearance: Clients are encouraged to consult their doctor or health care provider before beginning Lagree training.

  • Self-Regulation: Clients must listen to their bodies and modify movements as needed. Notify instructors of any injuries or limitations before class.

Late Arrivals & Cancellations

Lagree classes follow the same late cancel and no-show policies as other Fit Me SV classes. Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late may not be admitted for safety reasons and will forfeit the class credit.

Class Arrival Policy (Lagree Megaformer Classes)

Due to consistently full Lagree classes and active waitlists, Fit Me SV enforces a strict class start time policy for all Lagree Megaformer classes.

All classes start promptly at the scheduled class time and are instructor-led from the very first moment.

Arrival Expectations

Clients are expected to arrive 10–15 minutes before class start time to:

  • Check in

  • Greet their instructor

  • Prepare for class

  • Properly set up their Megaformer

5-Minute Cutoff Policy

If a client is not checked in and fully set up on their Megaformer within 5 minutes of the scheduled class start time, their Megaformer will be forfeited.

At the 5-minute mark:

  • The open Megaformer may be offered to the first client on the waitlist, only if they are present in the studio and ready to begin class.

  • The original client will not be permitted to join class once their spot has been forfeited.

Exceptions

No exceptions will be made unless the client has proactively contacted the studio before the 5-minute mark, notified us they are running slightly late, and is actively on their way to class. Approval is at the studio’s discretion and is not guaranteed.

Why This Policy Exists

Lagree is a precise, high-intensity, and safety-focused method that requires instructor guidance from the very start of class. Arriving early allows:

  • Instructors to prepare and coach effectively

  • Classes to run smoothly and safely

  • Clients to receive proper setup, cueing, and instruction

  • Fair access for clients waiting on the waitlist

This policy ensures a consistent, respectful, and safe experience for all clients, especially those who are ready to take class when spots open last minute.

LIABILITY, RELEASE & ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT

Participation in Fit Me SV activities, including Mat Pilates and Lagree Fitness, involves inherent risks such as slips, falls, or other injuries. Clients acknowledge these risks and participate voluntarily.

By agreeing digitally, clients acknowledge that Fit Me SV LLC, its owners, instructors, and staff are not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from participation in classes, training, or use of studio equipment.

Clients release Fit Me SV LLC from any and all claims, including those related to negligence. Clients agree to follow instructor directions and use equipment properly.

ADDITIONAL STUDIO POLICIES

Photography & Media Consent

By signing up for class, clients consent to Fit Me SV's marketing photo/video use unless they email info@fitmesv.com at least 24 hours prior to class to opt out before class.

Pregnancy & Medical Disclosure

Clients must notify instructors before their first class if pregnant or managing health conditions by emailing info@fitmesv.com at least 24 hours before class.

Equipment Damage Clause

Clients are financially responsible for intentional damage due to misuse or negligence.

Health & Illness Policy

Clients agree not to attend class if experiencing contagious symptoms and must notify the studio 24 hours before class if needing to late cancel a booking.

STUDIO NOTE

We recognize the high demand for our classes and one-on-one sessions, and it's essential for us to ensure that all time spots are utilized efficiently. Failure to cancel or show up not only deprives another client of the opportunity to attend, but also results in loss of income for our instructors and revenue for our studio.

CLIENT AGREEMENT

By agreeing and signing the Studio Policies & Liability Waiver digitally prior to attending class, clients acknowledge that they have read and understand all Fit Me SV Studio Policies, including Mat Pilates, Lagree, and general studio procedures. Clients agree to adhere to these policies, accept all associated fees and responsibilities, and acknowledge the risks involved in participating in Fit Me SV activities.
