GROUP CLASSES

Class Waitlist Policy:

When a spot opens up in a group class, the client in the #1 spot on the waitlist will be automatically added to the class. Each client on the waitlist will continue to be automatically added to the class in numerical order.

The waitlist closes 15 minutes before the class start time.

Class Cancellation Policy:

At Fit Me SV, we understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to ensure fairness to all our clients and to effectively manage our class schedules, we enforce a 12-hour cancellation policy for all classes.

Cancellation Terms:

  1. Cancel Before 12 Hours: 

    1. Memberships: When the client cancels their class reservation more than 12 hours before the scheduled start time, they will not incur any charges.

    2. Class Packs: When the client cancels their class reservation more than 12 hours before the scheduled start time, they will not incur any charges and the class credit will be refunded and returned to their class package. They will not lose the credit used to pay for class.

    3. Drop-In’s: When the client cancels their class reservation more than 12 hours before the scheduled start time, they will not incur any charges and the class credit will be returned to the original form of payment.

  1. Cancel After 12 Hours: 

    1. Memberships: When the client cancels their class reservation within 12 hours of the scheduled start time, they will be charged a $15 penalty for the class.

    2. Class Packs: When the client cancels their class reservation within 12 hours of the scheduled start time, they will not incur any charges, but the corresponding class credit will be deducted from their class package and they will lose the session, fee, or credit used to pay for class.

    3. Drop-In’s: When the client cancels their class reservation within 12 hours of the scheduled start time, they will lose the session, fee, or credit used to pay for class.

Class No Show Policy:

  1. Memberships: When a client with an unlimited or membership plan no-shows for a class without canceling via the Fit Me SV app/web browser or front-desk, the client will pay a penalty of $30.

  2. Class Packs: When a client with a Limited plan, such as a Class Pack, no-shows for a class without canceling via the Fit Me SV app/web browser or front-desk, the client will not incur a fee, but the class credit will be deducted from the class package and they will lose the session, fee, or credit used to pay for the class. 

  3. Drop-In’s: When a client with a Drop-In no-shows for a class without canceling via the Fit Me SV app/web browser or front-desk, the client will lose the session, fee, or credit used to pay for class. 

Guest Policy: 

  1. Memberships: The Member shall be entitled to bring 1-3 guests for free to a class per month, depending on their Monthly Membership plan. The Member acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for their guest(s) and any charges incurred by their guest(s), including late cancellation and no-show fees.

  2. Class Packs: There are no free guest passes included in the class packs. Guests may pay the drop-in rate or may use a class from the Client's pack. For the guest to use a class from the Client’s pack, you must send an email to the Studio at info@fitmesv.com at least 24 hours before signing up your guest for class as this process can only be initiated on the Studio side. The client acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for their guest(s) and any charges incurred by their guest(s), including late cancellation and no-show fees.

  3. Drop-In’s: When a client with a Drop-In pays for a guest via Drop-In, and that Guest late cancels or no-shows for a class without canceling via the Fit Me SV app/web browser or with the Instructor, the client responsible for that guest’s class will be charged the drop-in rate for the class and they will lose the session, fee, or credit used to pay for class.

Class Refund Policy:

Late Cancellations: When a client cancels for a class via the Fit Me SV app/web browser or front-desk, all refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.

No-Shows: When a client no-shows for a class via the Fit Me SV app/web browser or front-desk, all refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.

ENROLLMENTS

Enrollments Cancelation Policy: Members and non-members must cancel class via the Fit Me SV app/web browser or front-desk at least 12 hours before the enrollment starts or else pay a penalty of the drop-in charge—$30 for Non-Members, $25 for Members—losing the session, fee, or credit used to pay for that class.

APPOINTMENTS

Appointment Cancellation Policy: For clients with a Drop-In or Limited plan (see list below) who cancel an Appointment.

Limited Plans include Appointment Series defined as:

  • Series of 5 Private Sessions

  • Series of 10 Private Sessions

  • Series of 5 Duo Private Sessions

  • Series of 10 Duo Private Sessions

Bookings made with a Drop-In or Limited plan (Appointment Series) must cancel their appointment at least 24 hours before the appointment start time or pay a penalty of $75.00. They will also lose the session, fee, or credits used to pay for the appointment.

Appointment No-Show Policy: For clients with a Drop-In or Limited plan* who no-show for an Appointment.

Bookings made with a Drop-In or Limited plan who no-show for an appointment will pay a penalty of $75.00. They will also lose the session, fee, or credits used to pay for the appointment.

Appointment Refund Policy:


Late Cancellations: When a client cancels an appointment via the Fit Me SV app/web browser or front-desk, all refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.

No-Shows: When a client no-shows for an appointment via the Fit Me SV app/web browser or front-desk, all refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.


Card on File

Payment Method Policy: All clients must have a valid credit or debit card saved on file to book or attend classes at Fit Me SV. 

By creating an account or booking services with us, you agree to securely store a valid payment method within your profile. Your card will only be charged for purchases, subscriptions, late cancels, no-shows, or any applicable charges associated with your account as per our policy. All payment information is processed and stored securely through our booking software.

You may update or change your card information at any time within your account settings. Failure to maintain a valid card on file may result in the suspension of your account or inability to book or access services. Thank you for helping us keep things running smoothly.

We recognize the high demand for our classes and one-on-one sessions, and it's essential for us to ensure that all time spots are utilized efficiently. Failure to cancel your reservation in time or show up for your scheduled class or appointment not only deprives another client of the opportunity to attend, but also results in loss of income for our instructors and revenue for our small studio.
