Meet Kat, a Sun Valley native and retired ballerina. Originally from Newport Beach, she returned to the coast of Southern California after graduating from CU Boulder in 2015. Pilates has been a constant in Kat's life, woven into her training routine since her early ballet days. Despite exploring different cities and workouts, Pilates always held a special place in her heart. It wasn't until discovering Lagree in the O.C. that Kat's fitness passion truly ignited, transforming her body.
When the pandemic forced people indoors, virtual classes and quick at-home workouts became her refuge, leading Kat back to the mat. After hanging up her ballet shoes, Kathryn's love for Pilates persisted. Seven years in Newport went by before the mountains called her back home. Only, she became disappointed by the lack of group Pilates studios in town. This realization sparked a dream.
Kathryn envisioned Fit Me SV—a group mat Pilates studio, housing the perfect blend of classical and modern Pilates. She wanted to offer a full-body workout, but also those quick yet effective 30 min workouts you could always fit into your busy day. In 2023, she became certified in Mat Pilates by Balanced Body and in the Lagree Method by Pilates Plus O.C.
From dancer to teacher, from city to mountains, Fit Me SV is Kathryn’s way of sharing the transformative power of these methods with the Sun Valley community.

Born and raised in Sun Valley, Ingrid (Ingi) grew up classically trained in ballet from ages 7 to 17. Over the years, she’s explored a wide range of wellness modalities—from Ayurveda and yoga (earning her 200-hour YTT) to becoming a licensed massage therapist and certified Mat Pilates instructor. In 2023, she received her Mat Pilates certification through Johanna Thompson of Miami.
In January 2025, Ingi earned her Level 1 Lagree Certification through Mega+Well by Pilates Plus OC in Newport Beach, CA, under Master Trainer Jami Jackson. She brings her signature warmth and precision to every Lagree class, blending her deep knowledge of movement with mindful intensity and an eye for form.
Whether on the mat or the Mega, Ingi’s mission is to foster connection, strength, and liberation in the body. Expect a full-body workout with a focus on core and glute strength, energizing playlists, and intentional cueing that leaves you feeling stronger, more grounded, and deeply connected to your body.

Sophia grew up dividing her time between Reno-Tahoe, Sonoma County, and Stanley, Idaho. She spent the summers off-grid in a log cabin with her grandparents and siblings. In her free time, she enjoys retreating to the woods with her dogs, where she can relax by a lake with a good book and some pen and paper.
Her passion for fitness sparked during college at the University of Hawaii where she competed as a Division 1 Sailor: A sport that demands both mental endurance and physical resilience.
Sophie likes to encourage movement by curating the perfect playlist to complement her workouts. Her classes feature classical Pilates moves with a creative approach, all designed to help challenge the mind, release endorphins, and leave you feeling confident.

Hayley moved to Sun Valley from New York in the fall of 2020, when she found herself quickly falling in love with the beauty of the mountains after just one visit. Hayley's passion for movement, however, began at the age of 3 when she started her ballet training.
Hayley continued her dance career all the way through college where she performed for 3 different companies. After graduating and starting a full-time sports marketing job in NYC, she found Barre as a way to fill the void left by her previously dance-filled life. She proceeded to get certified at the Bar Method in SoHo. Fast-forward to her move to SV, Hayley now teaches Barre, Pilates, and Body Pump at Zenergy; Ballet at Footlight Dance Center; and is thrilled to add Fit Me SV Mat Pilates to the mix.
Hayley truly believes that "movement is medicine" and is meant to serve every body type and aid every injury. She can't wait to share the joy - and burn - of moving with you on the mat!

Raised in Minnesota, Heidi developed a passion for ice hockey, which eventually led her to play at the collegiate level. Throughout her athletic journey, she navigated periods of depression and anxiety, finding various resources and coping mechanisms along the way. However, as she entered her late twenties, these strategies began to lose their effectiveness, leading to debilitating panic attacks and persistent anxiety.
In 2017, after relocating to Los Angeles, Heidi discovered Holotropic Breathwork—a transformative practice that marked a turning point in her life. After earning her certification, she founded her own practice to share this healing resource with others. Having guided numerous clients in Los Angeles and San Francisco, she is now excited to introduce this unique practice to the Sun Valley community.
Heidi settled in Sun Valley permanently after a spontaneous ski trip with friends, where she met her husband at a local bar.

Meet Lili, your friendly ASFA-certified group fitness trainer! She's passionate about combining fun and challenge into your workout routine.
Lili’s fitness adventure started in high school with a deep love for running, leading her to become a D1 collegiate cross country runner. But her fitness love story didn't stop there. After college, Lili discovered a whole world beyond just running to stay fit and active, including weights, pilates, barre, and much more. These activities not only kept her injury-free but also enhanced her running experience! She's eager to help you feel strong and looks forward to meeting you in class.

Born and raised in British Columbia, Canada, Chloe knew from an early age that movement would shape her life. It fueled her creativity in theatre, grounded her discipline in dance, and brought her joy on skis. After training in multiple dance styles, she focused on contemporary, which led her to tour with a company after college. During that time, she began teaching physical theatre and movement workshops across BC, where she discovered her true passion for helping others connect with movement.
Chloe brings this expertise to the studio as a 200-hour Vinyasa-certified yoga teacher, a Master Trainer for The Tonic Method, and a Mat Pilates teacher in training through Balanced Body.
Her classes blend precision, power, and music you can get lost in. A stickler for form, Chloe challenges your full body while helping you move smarter and stronger, leaving you aligned, grounded, and mentally clear, on and off the mat.

Born and raised in Park City, Utah, Anni grew up as an active mountain kid, skiing and playing soccer competitively. Her soccer journey took her to Los Angeles, where she played Division 1 soccer at Loyola Marymount University. Through this experience, her passion for fitness and strength training blossomed. She went on to complete a degree in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State University-- fueling her career in the fitness world.
In 2018, while working for a fitness tech company in Denver, she started teaching group fitness classes at a local functional fitness gym. Since then, she has been teaching group fitness classes in many capacities and even launched her own online business during the pandemic—shoutout to anni.mtn.fit!
After hopping between mountain towns across Colorado, Montana, and beyond, Anni found her way to her favorite one yet: Sun Valley. In addition to Fit Me SV, she teaches strength and power classes at The Mill, bringing her love for movement and community wherever she goes. Her high-intensity low-impact classes – inspired by Pilates, barre and functional training – are crafted to keep you strong, balanced, and stable for adventures outside of the gym.
